At Imara Exchange we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason at all, you are not satisfied with any item, simply return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund (minus shipping charges). For orders made with a credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For orders made with checks/money orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check.
